Cheer for the Cure 2016
Cheer for the Cure was the first competition for many on our team, as the first of the season for a team of mostly rookies. We were the only university signed up so it gave our team a chance to experience competition, without all the pressure for their first time around.

Winterfest 2017
WInterfest 2017 was the team's second competition, where we went head-to-head with Brock University. Our team came in second, but we fought the good fight and put our hearts out on the mat, receiving only .50 deductions!

Ontario Championships 2017
Held at the end of reading break, Ontario Championships is a multi-day, multi-run competition. Unfortunately an injury occurred during our first run, and although it did not massively effect our first run it meant one of our bases (and tumblers) was down for the count for the second run. This greatly disadvantaged us and as a result prefer to focus on the better parts of our provincials weekend. Like our bed routines, first run, team dinner, and all the fun we got to have!

Head of The Trent Homecoming Performance 2017
The new Trent Pom team gave a beautiful performance of their first ever routine at homecoming! Due to technical difficulties our lovely ladies had to show their stuff after the game, but it was still just as fun and exhilarating as ever!

Secret Santa Potluck 2017
This is our second year in a row using our Secret Santa and potluck as a nice precursor to the parade. We had lots of fun with our photo-booth, ate some really good food, and got to spend some quality off-the-mat time together!

Santa Claus Parade 2017
This year Trent Cheer got their very own float number for the parade! It was also our first chance to get to show off our pom girls, and new team members! For safety purposes, the team took it easy! We performed double base fulls, basket fulls and toe touches, light tumbling, dances (courtesy of Pom), cheers, and a mini pyramid!

Unfortunately we will not be in attendance for the 2018 parade as it is the same day as our PCA Nationals competition, we wish Trent University and all its affiliates a great parade day and hope to return next year!

Winterfest 2017
Winterfest was the first competition of the season for the cheer team. With a great run and an even better score the team landed a second place finish.
